Fall into Balance with Massage Yoga and Self-Care

As we move from the light and warmth of summer into the shorter days of the fall season, it easy to get distracted with all of the busy-ness that ensues in our lives.

Perhaps it is helpful to remember that fall begins on the Equinox, September 21st, when the hours of daylight and darkness are equal…in other words, IN BALANCE.

How can we keep our lives in balance as we move through this next season?  What are the ways we can remember to slow down and take care of ourselves, even while we deal with our families’ busy schedules and work’s increasing demands?
