FALL into Yoga

New Classes include:

GENTLE HATHA on Wednesdays at 5:00pm with Susan Clark
BODY/MIND Yoga on Thursdays at 5:30pm with Justine Ferguson
MOMMA+BABY* Yoga on Tuesdays at 10am with Kat Suwalski (and baby Hazel!)
(*This is a 6 week series that starts on September 18th.  Drop ins welcomed)
GENTLE FLOW on Tuesdays at 8:30a with Mary Ellen (starting October 16th)

Class Changes:

Monday Vinyasa 6:00pm, will be taught by Emily Yandl
Monday Gentle Beginners 7:30 pm, will be taught by Traci Phillips Ward
Wednesday Vinyasa, now at 6:15 pm, will be taught by Traci Phillips Ward

Saturday Mornings with Lisa Diebold Smith!

  • Vinyasa at 8am will get you going for your day, and
  • Pre-Natal at 9:30 for the Mommas-to-be!

Sunday Mornings:

  • Gentle Hatha at 8:30am with Anne Roberti
  • Slow Flow Vinyasa at 10am with Renee Koczkodan

Other Class Updates:

We are very sad to see one of our beloved yoga teachers, Kandace Matzker, leave The Gentle Place…but we are excited for her new opportunity at REI!

A HUGE thanks, and so much love, to Kandace for all she has given to our community since the day we opened 3 years ago! We hope to see her back in the studio once-in-a-while when she substitutes for other teachers.  Namaste’
