Intentional Fitness: Mind/Body Cardio for a New Beginning!
Has “getting in shape” become your annual New Year’s Resolution Mantra?
For many of us, a resolution to get in shape brings up a feeling of resistance and difficulty. Our mind wanting one thing, and our body wanting another.
Our New Year’s Intentional Fitness class focuses on both your body and mind, bringing your whole self into alignment with NEW positive intentions. This class will hit every aspect of your physical fitness, while creating mindfulness and awareness of your body.
Kat Suwalski, Master Trainer and Yoga Teacher, will integrate mind-body principles with functional fitness to create work outs that are safe and enjoyable experiences, and leave you feeling inspired and empowered. The program fuses strength, flexibility, balance, speed, power, endurance, agility and coordination to create intentional exercises.
Classes start on Monday, January 4th at 8am, and runs for 4 weeks. Videos will be available after each class so you can do multiple guided workouts throughout week if you wish.
Then, after growing your inner strength all month, enjoy the series finale: a deep dive full moon restorative class Friday January 29th at 7pm.
All 5 classes for only $70. Buy a 5-class card, OR use a 10- or 30- class card for more savings and have classes to spare for yoga or more cardio in February!
