General Massage Policies:

Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card and is due at the time of treatment.

Gratuity/Tipping for great service is never expected, always appreciated. If you choose to tip, please consider tipping in Cash, as it allows your therapist to receive 100% of your gratitude.  Using your credit card to tip adds additional cost to the company.

Returned check fee: $25  in addition to the session fee.

Arrival Time: We ask that you please arrive 5 minutes early. Any tardiness will result in time deducted from your session in order to accommodate our next scheduled client. If you are a new client, we ask you arrive 15 minutes early in order to take time and fill out any forms necessary.

For your own comfort and well-being, do not eat a heavy meal within 2 hours of your treatment.

NO SHOWS are Charged a 50% fee.

Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice,  except in the case of sudden illness, accident, emergency or inclement weather are charged 50% of fee.

In case of illness: We are unable to work on you if you are sick, have a fever, or an active infection, so please stay home and give us as much notice as possible.

Privacy Policies:

Medical Privacy:  For your safe treatment, our therapists must be informed of all known physical conditions including medical & psychological conditions and medications, and we must be updated on any changes.  We also need to know if you have taken any medications prior to your treatment.

Those with serious health conditions or possible contraindications might be required to present a physician’s note clearing you for a massage.

Any personal or medical information shared on your forms or in your treatment is only disclosed to others with your written consent or as required by law.

Physical Privacy:  In general, most massage styles are performed directly on the skin, requiring that you undress to your level of comfort.  Your body will always be covered with a sheet, towel or blanket, and only the area being currently worked on will be uncovered to respect and maintain personal and physical privacy.

Session Termination Policy:

Any requests for services of a sexual or inappropriate nature are not tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the treatment and refusal for future appointment bookings, and may result in legal action.

We encourage open communication between client and therapist, and should you feel uncomfortable or wish to end the session for any reason, this request will be respected.
