Momma Yoga (PostNatal) with Baby!

Bring your baby while you get your yoga on!
This class is for women with non-mobile babies who want to focus on strengthening and balancing postures for the postpartum body.
Breath and movement are linked together in a meditative flow while baby is within arm’s reach in case s/he needs attention.  
 
All levels are welcome and modifications are offered to accommodate special needs. Come enjoy an inclusive community atmosphere during this special time in your life.
