PreNatal Yoga

Our Prenatal Yoga Class is designed to support and nurture expectant mothers through every stage of pregnancy. Taught by Bec Conant, founder of OmBirths and an experienced instructor in Spinning Babies®, Hypnobirthing®, and our in-house Baby & Me Yoga Classes, this class incorporates safe postures, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to ease discomfort, build strength, and prepare for labor and delivery.

Prenatal Yoga fosters a deeper connection with your changing body and growing baby, while creating a supportive space to connect with other moms-to-be. With Bec’s expert guidance, you’ll leave feeling grounded, confident, and more prepared for this beautiful journey into motherhood.
