Reiki

crystallogoWhat is Reiki?

As a Reiki Master and Teacher of Traditional Usui Reiki, Deborah facilitates the inner healing process Reiki brings to those seeking balance and harmony, inner healing and spiritual connection.

Reiki promotes wellness and aides in stress relief by activating the relaxation response to create a state of deep inner relaxation which has been shown to support personal wellness. It is a complementary, integrative treatment for trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, sleep issues, and a number of physical ills such as headaches, high blood pressure, sciatica, eating disorders, dementia and chronic conditions. It can help the recipient with creativity and personal clarity and is valued and welcomed in the medical community, where it is used pre and post-operative surgery and to aide those receiving cancer treatment.
