My first experience with Yoga has been wonderful. I’ve been 5 times and look forward to coming again and again. I hope to see results down the road to increased flexibility.
Yoga classes are perfect for my arthritis needs. The instructors are knowledgeable about movement and can alter the positions to meet my needs. Really, I’ve taken yoga before, but the personal attention I’ve received has been encouraging. I’m signing up for more classes.
…Since I didn’t have much previous yoga experience I was nervous but I was quickly made to feel welcome and comfortable by each instructor that I took a class with. The Hatha yoga classes are a great stress reducer and are a great way to keep your body moving and flexible. I highly recommend it.
I loved Elizabeth as a teacher. She has a soothing voice and gave perfect instructions.
